Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS is generally a difficult job. You either have to do the work yourself and commit your time to regularly monitoring your Virtual Private Server, or else you have to find a third–party tool whose only responsibility will be to watch over your Virtual Private Server. And that is exactly where our Managed Services offer can help you out. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–made server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the basic processes. And in case of a service trouble, our server admins will be notified instantly and they will fix the trouble as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of all your hosted content is compulsory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for the Managed Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backups will be placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your hosted content will always be protected, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software on it. And if this seems like something too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services package, is the perfect thing for you. While using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our practiced sysadmins who will install and configure any software application or rectify any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an optional feature.
